You can share the report with everyone by making it public, or specify that only certain users have access.

Click
Share in the
Actions menu.

In the new window that opens, locate the
Make Report Public field.
This field indicates the current visibility of the report. To change the visibility setting, select the appropriate radio button,
Yes or
No.

Click
Change Public Status.

If you want to give access to the report to only certain users, use the search option provided.

In the search results, select the check box beside the user(s) you want to share the report with.

Click
Add Selected Users.
This allows the users you selected to access the report from the
Reports Management screen when selecting the
Shared Reports report type.
